IAHA- TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. GENERAL
    1. Trust /Society /Individual seeking permission to initiate the IAHA Courses in their Institute should apply in the prescribed application form with all the necessary enclosures.
    2. The powers to accept or reject the application for starting new course /new institute shall exclusively rest with IAHA.
    3. IAHA MOU and approval is valid for only one academic year (1stjuly to June 30,)Approval of the institute should be renewed each year .Before June 30 at IAHA Office Lucknow.
    4. The Trainees admitted to the course and the institute should follow all the Terms and conditions prescribed by the IAHA from time regarding The Conduct of the above courses.
    5. The IAHA Full authority to cancel the affiliation /Recognition without any previous notice if the affiliated centre /Institute shall be guilty of any Deviation or impropriety of any of the IAHA Terms and Conditions.
    6. This MOU and approval is Valid up to June 30,( Year)
    7. IAHA is not giving any assurance to government jobs for its courses. Providing Jobs are Based on concerned Government Discretion.
  2. Infrastructure and Building
    1. Minimum infrastructure facilities as prescribed by IAHA are essential for running IAHA Courses.The Institute infrastructure should be enhanced asper the students strength and requirements.
    2. Approval from IAHA is valid for hepermises for which the approval is sought .
    3. Shifting of the existing permises of the Institute should be done only with consent of the IAHA Office,Lucknow shifting should be made before the commencement of the concerned academic year without affecting the students of the Institute. separate application by submitting the required fee, should be obtained from IAHA office Lucknow,if the centre is shifted to the name of the institute should be suffixed with Academy/Institute/Centre/Institution.
    4. The class room/practical workshop should be at least in the R.C.Building /Building with asbestos roof and it should have adequate space.
    5. Proper and adequate ventilation,lighting should be provided at the institute.
    6. Adequate drinking ,water and sanitation facilities should be provided at the institute.
    7. IAHA Vigilance committee will inspect the facilities which are made a available to the students at the institute, at any time without prior notice.
  3. Fees Pattern
    1. The Institute can charge maximum fee of Rs 22500/-(Tution Fee) per student/per course/per year .
    2. Fee once remitted to IAHA will not be refunded under any circumstances.
    3. The course fees charged by the institute be commensurate with the facilities provided to the students.Tution fees and other charges may be collected on a monthly,quartly or annual basis.
    4. Registration of students can be made only at IAHA Office,Lucknow.
    5. The registration and examination fee per student is 2250/- and both Registration and examination fee (One time payment) should be remitted before 30th September with registration and examination forms.The same fee can be remitted up to 30th October with late fee Rs 250/-per student.
  4. Satff Pattern
    1. Minimum qualification for teaching staff shoulbe Diploma/Masters/degree of concerned subject.
    2. Teaching staff must be properly qualifiedand Trained .Detailed bio-data of teaching staff should be sent to IAHA office, Lucknow before 30th of August ,every year.
    3. Every year ,two faculty members from the institute should be undergo compulsory one day faculty and management Training Programmeat IAHA Academic staff College,Lucknow.
    4. The fee for Faculty and management training programme should be remitted along with the renewal.
  5. Curriculum
    1. The Management of the institute after getting the approval from IAHA Should conduct classes as per IAHA Norms.
    2. The IAHA Courses offered in the Institute should be full time /Open/Distance mode courses.
    3. Course name and duration should not be changed by the Institute.
    4. Medium of instruction may be English,Hindi.or mother tongue of the students.
    5. Adequate theory and Practical hours should be maintained in the institute as per the course curriculum.
    6. If the Institute is not having hospital ,Laboratories and other kind of workshop for imparting practical trainto the students,they should make tie-up with existing hospitals,laboratories and other kind of workshop and the details of he same should be submitted along the renewal forms.
    7. IAHA prescribes syllabus for all courses .This syllabus should be strictly followed and are subject to revision whenever necessary and as desired by IAHA.
  6. Institution Management
    1. Any advertisement using government of India emblem, giving false information to public is punishable.it will even lead to the cancellation of the approval of the institute.
    2. Noparallel classes/sections shall be conducted in any complex/Building other than the permisses for which approval was granted.
    3. The Institute should maintain records of attendance of students and teaching staff.
    4. The academic year should be from July to June every year.
    5. The Calender year should be from January to December every year.
    6. Number of students in one batch should not exceed 50.
    7. For All short term courses (less than one year duration) courses students can be admitted throughout the year.
    8. All advertisements or promotional activities must be approved by IAHA office Lucknow.
    9. Record Notes,ID Card is compulsory to all students.
    10. Examination will be normally conducted in the institute where approval was granted .IAHA will nominate the examiners. Examination can be written by the students in any languages.
    11. Institute which run other certificate,Diploma, Degree Courses should not award any certificate merging the same with the IAHA Courses conducting in the Institute.
